Welcome to the Opportunity supporter store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The store. This store is operated by Opportunity Party Incorporated ("we", "us"). It sells official supporter merchandise.

Products & pricing. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. We aim to display products and colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur. We may update prices, products or availability at any time.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and will refund you in full if we can't fulfil it. Items are printed to order.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Intellectual property. All branding, logos and designs remain the property of Opportunity Party Incorporated and may not be reproduced or resold.

Returns. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
